1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the Patty Pals online shop. By completing checkout you accept them. Contact: info@tca.hk.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CET.

2. Orders

Adding items to your cart is not yet a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs, duties and any local import fees are shown or noted before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payment is due at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are packed on weekdays, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
• Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
• International delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days.
• Exact options, costs and estimated delivery windows for your address are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel ships.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and public holidays can add time.

5. Returns

For hygiene reasons all sales are final: we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong pattern chosen or unwanted orders. Please check your selection carefully before completing checkout.

6. No refunds

We do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed. The only exceptions are faulty, damaged or incorrect items (see section 7) and orders we cannot fulfil, plus any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded.

7. Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or stops working as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, your choice. Statutory warranty rights apply and are not limited by these terms.

8. Safe use

Patty Pals stickers are intended for supervised potty use by children aged 0 to 6. Apply them inside the potty or toilet bowl, keep them out of reach when not in use, and rinse with water only. They are a play aid, not a medical product, and we make no medical or developmental claims.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health without limitation. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of our place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
